It seems that I have been taking less photos than usual, as I am reevaluating my goals and getting things in order. However, the photos I have taken are mostly portraits.
For the New U, I shot the seniors of UCI’s women’s soccer team a few days before the Big West Tournament Final. In retrospect, I believe that I got a bit too complicated with the lighting. That 70s Show played in the background on the television just out of the top right corner.
Alan Kwan asked me to do a portrait for him a while ago, and although they were not particularly what he was looking for (at the time, a grand piano was not available), I got to try out a bunch of different angles. Thanks for being so patient with me!
Ah, and then there was just little ol’ me. Since my housemates were out, I took the opportunity to take … uh … wonderful photos of myself shamelessly. Fortunately, I made this session very short, and my head did not explode from the narcissism.
Yes, the editing is… well, not my style and not my forte. I think it shows.
