“Oh this? ‘Cause we’re about to go to Seattle to uh, for a class. [Cindy]’s just showing us, first time, what it’s about. I didn’t really know what it was about. What was it called again, Cindy? Aerial silks. This is my first class right here. It’s really fun. It’s something that I wasn’t really expecting, you know. But it’s like, a lot of upper body work, there’s a lot of your core, so … I really enjoyed it. I can’t wait for the class.

This is my first time going to Seattle. I’ve been wanting to go because I have two friends up there – really good friends. So, I want to go visit them. Just a weekend – it’s a three day trip. That’s why I’m out here. So I could plan the trip with Cindy.

I work in a warehouse that sells airplane parts. I work for a distribution company. They don’ manufacture – they do repairs and stuff, but they don’t do the manufacturing. At first, it was really exciting, and then, it just … over time, you just get used to everything, and it’s not as exciting as it used to the first time. Honestly, it’s really fun. Because I actually get to go on the airplanes. They don’t fly it or anything. I go on B747s, MD11s. Yeah, they’re all commercial ones. I did go in a cockpit, walk out on a wing. It’s fun.

It was just something … my brother got me into it. He got me the job. I didn’t know what it was about. ‘Cause he works upstairs. I work downstairs in the warehouse. Then I got this opportunity to go out and see the planes. Actually, it’s getting pretty interesting.

I wanted to be a civil engineer. But I gave up school because I sucked at it. Right now, it’s just full time work. I go back home. I just chill because I’m so tired after work. I like hanging out with my friends. Today, we just went hiking in the Hollywood Hills. That was fun. Sometimes, I play basketball with a friend, or we go biking, swimming.

My only passion is … I just really love basketball. I love my dogs. Cars. Those are my top three. I have a yorkie – two yorkies, but one got eaten by a raccoon. Yeah, I only have one dog now. [Raccoons] eat everything. Kinda weird. I was arguing with my uncle one day. He was saying, ‘Raccoons don’t eat dogs. They only eat fruits and vegetables, you know.’ I was, ‘You sure?! How come there’s like, fur under the car?’ You know? So … they do eat small pets and animals.

Owning a business – that’s my goal. Pretty much anything – Anything that makes money. I have a bunch of plans that I came up with my brothers. I’m going to work with them. It’s easier when there’s a bunch of people involved. It’s harder when you’re alone. I have four brothers and two sisters. Growing up with them? I don’t know. I’m the youngest one, so they always pick on me. They always go to me. Bug me about helping them out on everything. I hate it. But at the same time, they take care of me, you know, ’cause I’m the little brother.”
